As a supporter of your dreams to learn makeup, I'm giving away another addition to your growing stash. The 24 Shimmer Palette consists of 24 pretty shimmery pastel colors that I used in one of my shoots. The shades may not be as pigmented as they look on the palette so forget about this if you're looking for bold colors like those on the 120 palette, which I reviewed before. Instead, these are wearable eyeshadows with the "pop factor" that you'd love putting on yourself or your clients.

ReplyDeleteHi Doc, I once saw your blog when I was looking for a make-up school a month ago and this morning, as I was searching on what colors of palette I should buy (after watching make-up tutorial on youtube :), I remember you! My mind told me to search "The Doctor is Vain" and believe it or not, your photo was registered vividly on my mind..btw, you are so stunning! :) Like you, I love this hobby. I am 27 and happily married with a very supportive hubby who would always tell me, "Bagay sayo 'yun ganun make-up hon, try it on ha" cheesy!..ehem :)Going back to palette, I need colors po doc that'll suite for cocktail parties, evening gowns and night clubbing.
ReplyDeleteWe will be going to Japan next month and I thought of getting a side-line job as a make-up artist for my fellow Filipina. More than the profit I could get, just like you, I wanted to bring the real beauty and the best in every woman's face so everyone can see it.
Thank you Doc for being there to guide, teach and even reward us with your "tools". If I am your sister, I would be very proud of you. A lot of us are really grateful with your advice and kakikayan. :)
