Ways To Send Help For Sendong Victims

I was supposed to post about Sendong 2 days ago, but then I decided the emotional outbursts I earlier wrote wouldn't help much. Instead, I am reposting this compiled information  from Bayanihan Online on where you could channel your help for those affected by the typhoon. As of writing, death toll has risen to 1000.  As you may have heard from the news, Cagayan de Oro (the city where I live) has been the most ravaged by Sendong, along with Iligan City. People we actually know have either died in the flash flood or are now homeless. We're doing everything we can in our little ways to help but a lot of families are still in dire need of assistance.

Local celebrities like Angel Locsin, Anne Curtis, Kris Aquino, and Vice Ganda have spared time in distributing relief goods here Cagayan de Oro 2 days ago. Whether or not it was for media mileage, as some critics have made an issue out of it, bottom line is that they've helped increase awareness on what's going on here. We appreciate their efforts to help out and bring smile to the people in evacuation centers. Local government sectors from other cities like Davao City have pitched in too. The generosity shown by everyone who reached out gave life to what Christmas is all about.  If you want to do your share, here are the ways you can help:
